Abdelhalim Kebieche | Expressionist / Genre painter

"Abdelhalim Kebieche: "I am a friend of the wretched, and so are my colors".".

Abdelhalim Kebieche is an visual artist who was honored with the gold medal at the international competition of Professional d'Art 2020 all categories, organized by the Mondial Art Academy (MAA) of Paris.
A graduate of the National School of Fine Arts in Algiers, Abdelhalim Kebieche has taken part in national and international exhibitions from 1994 until today.
Moreover, his last collective exhibition was last November where he represented Algeria for the 2nd edition of the Contemporary Art Days of Carthage (JACC), in Tunisia.
Kebieche received his first gold medal for his painting "The Absurd" exhibited at the competition of the Mondial Art Academy (MAA) in Paris.


A second medal was also awarded to him, that of the silver medal in contemporary Expressionism.
The explanation of the painting that enabled him to win the competition shows the contradiction of modern society.
“On one side, we have this lady slumped on the floor, and on the other, luxury display cases with mannequins gazing at the human being.
"It's a bit of a contrast that there is in our society, a somewhat absurd world", explains artist Abdelhalim Kebieche.

Abdelhalim Kebieche è un artista Algerino che ha ricevuto la sua prima medaglia d'oro per il suo dipinto "The Absurd" esposto al concorso della Mondial Art Academy (MAA) di Parigi.
Ha studiato pittura presso l'École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts d'Alger.
Abdelhalim Kebieche ha partecipato a mostre nazionali ed internazionali dal 1994 ad oggi.
Inoltre, nella sua ultima mostra collettiva ha rappresentato l'Algeria per la 2a edizione del Contemporary Art Days of Carthage (JACC), in Tunisia.
Gli è stata assegnata anche una seconda medaglia, quella della medaglia d'argento nell'Espressionismo contemporaneo.
Già insegnante di disegno in un liceo e poi impiegato in agenzie di comunicazione, l'artista è arrivato ad un punto della sua vita in cui tutto ciò che conta per lui è poter esprimere le sue emozioni su una tela.
Inoltre, ha scelto di guadagnarsi da vivere della sua arte vendendo i suoi quadri.
La mia arte "è un po 'il contrasto che c'è nella nostra società, un mondo un po' assurdo", spiega l'artista Abdelhalim Kebieche.
