Kevin Beilfuss, 1963

Kevin Beilfuss is an American painter based in Downers Grove, Illinois who created the beautiful paintings.
After graduating from Illinois State University and the American Academy of Art, Beilfuss set out on a free-lance illustration career which lasted thirteen years.
Working mostly in the editorial area of illustration, his work consisted mostly of paintings for book covers and magazines.
Some of his clients include: Penguin Publishing, Viking Press, Houghton Mifflin, Harlequin, Signs of the Times, Guideposts, Readers Digest and Golf Digest.


The paintings of Kevin Beilfuss can be found in many galleries throughout the U.S., and his work has received numerous awards from such organizations as the Oil Painters of America, The American Impressionists Society, and the Bold Brush Competition.



Highlighted awards would include a 'Peoples Choice' award, 'Figurative Award of Excellence' and a 'Gold Medal' from the Oil Painters of America.
Other prestigious invitational shows include: The Great American Figurative Shows (hosted by Waterhouse Gallery-Santa Barbara, CA), and the Star Studded Extravaganza (hosted by M Gallery- Charleston, SC.)
